This explains how PSG are getting around the Financial Fair Play rules to buy Neymar from Barcelona for £199.21 million (€222m - AUS$327.06m - US$258.88m).

If you remember us buying Federico Fazio from Sevilla, he had to pay his buyout clause plus tax himself, it was written into his contract and is a standard clause in Iberia. How we reimburse him is an entirely different matter and this deal shows how Neymar is being reimbursed.

No doubt fans will assume an owner is paying for the deal, which isn't the case, although it is clearly shenanigans.
