OFFICIAL: French Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille have now officially completed the permanent signing of 23-year-old (24 in August) Tottenham Hotspur winger/centre-forward Clinton N’Jie for a fee of £6.14 million (€7m - AUS$10.44m - US$7.93m).

Georges-Kevin N'Koudou joined us from Marseille last summer and has faild to impress, admitting that he had not been putting in the work required on the training ground. He isn't the first player to come from France and not appreciate that you have to fight for a place at a big club, you are not given charity.

Etienne Capoue was another who later admitted he had the wrong attitude at Spurs when he suggested he should be guaranteed a place in the team. It just highlights one of the problems of playing for lesser sides, with the wrong attitude you do not develop to your full potential and don't do what it takes to succeed, preferring the easy life.
