Hernandez, Janssen and King

TRANSFER TALK

Plenty of newspapers getting excited by the link between Javier 'Chichirito' Hernández and West Ham United over a £13 million move.

Some reports are even suggesting a deal in hours, but he wants £140,000-a-week wages before he'll move from Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen. The fee for the 29-year-old (30 next June) might be fine but his required wages are not and don't fit within our wage structure.

Mauricio Pochettino is reported to want to keep 23-year-old (24 next June) Dutchman Vincent Janssen and is hoping he comes good next season, that isn't to say a third striker may not be signed. Janssen has 13 full international caps, scoring 7 goals, while in the Premier League he scored 2 goals in 829 minutes.

The 25-year-old (26 next January) Bournemouth striker Joshua King seemingly top of the list. His wages would be more within our structure and he has proven he can score goals in the Premier League. The Norwegian international (he has 28 full international caps, scoring 7 goals) has a contract until 2020 and scored 22 goals in 67 Premier League games, with a further 5 assists.
