VDV thanks Spurs for gift, Winks in USA and Ron Howard

TOTTENHAM TALK

It is also nice to find a celebrity who supports our great club. American actor and filmmaker Ron Howard is a welcome addition to our ranks.

He played teenager Richie Cunningham in the sitcom Happy Days for seven years and American Graffiti (1973) while he directed Grand Theft Auto (1977), Cocoon (1985), the historical docudrama Apollo 13 (1995), the biographical drama A Beautiful Mind (2001) (earning him the Academy Award for Best Director), and the thriller The Da Vinci Code (2006).

In 2003 he had an asteroid named after him, Asteroid 12561 Howard, not many can say that.

Harry Winks missed the last weeks of the season with an injury he received when making a tackle and falling over a medical box that should not have been in the technical area. Here is seen making friends in Queens and I don't blame him, she is rather attractive.

Rafael van der Vaart has been sent a tie by the club to commemorate his time at White Hart Lane and the popular Dutchman expresses his thanks to us once again.

Thanks for Spurs club tie in memory of . Proud to be part of the football history

Regular readers will remember when I broke the news of Alexandre Lacazette meeting and agreeing to join Atletico Madrid, he made that decision to play alongside Antoine Griezmann who had recommended him to the club.

It will come as no surprise to those readers that he is staying at the Spanish club and not joining Manchester United as all and sundry have been trying to portray as a near certainty.

Spurs new stadium is going up so fast that apparently Man Utd and Man City have put in a transfer bid for our construction workers.
