What result do we as Spurs supporters want?
Manchester United are playing the big game of the night against Everton, 5th against 7th at Old Trafford. United have scored 42 goals in 28 games and Everton have conceded 33 goals in 30 games so a low scoring affair looks on the cards with a draw at half-time the red hot favourite. I say red hot favourite, there is about a 51% chance of it happening.
What result do we as Spurs supporters want? If Manchester United win then they are 5 points ahead of Arsenal, having played a game more. It also means they are only 2 points behind fierce local rivals Manchester City.
In that scenario you would think that would give City greater incentive to beat Chelsea tomorrow and thus do us a favour, if we can beat Swansea City the same night.
Everton are only a point behind Arsenal but have played two games more, three after tonight. Realistically they are chasing 6th and with reports suggesting that Jose Mourinho is prioritizing the UEFA Europa League there may be an opportunity for Everton. However, this is not a European week so you would expect United to be at full strength while there is still the chance of catching Manchester City and finishing 4th.
A draw isn't much use to both sides and after a draw at the weekend surely United will not want a second consecutive one.
For me, we need United putting pressure on City to have them playing at their best against Chelsea so I'll be routing for the Red Devils.

As Hugo said a top four finish is crucial.
Keeping ‘Maureen & the Arse’ out of those places would also be very satisfying.
An Everton win please.
