PSG vs SPURS and Tim Sherwood ban

Tottenham Hotspur will be returning to the USA this summer for the International Champions Cup (US). French Football have announced PSG are taking part and list their fixtures, one of which is against us.

PSG vs AS Roma (19th July)
PSG vs Tottenham Hotspur (23rd July)
PSG vs Juventus (27th July)

We will play French champions PSG in the new Popular designed Orlando City stadium.

Our other games are against Roma on 25 July at Harrison, New Jersey and Manchester City on 29 July at Nashville, Tennessee.

In other news former Tottenham Hotspur employee Tim Sherwood, now the Director of Football at Swindon Town has received a two-game touchline ban as a result of a rant at referee Mark Brown during the half-time interval at Bury on February 11th, a League One game which Swindon Town lost 1-0.

Swindon currently sit in one of the relegation places, 5 points adrift of 21st placed Port Vale.

The Football Association’s Independent Regulatory Commission have issued written findings that show Sherwood launching an expletive-laden tirade at the official.

  1. The game vs. PSG in Orlando will take place July 22nd not the 23rd. It will also be played at Camping World Stadium not the new Orlando City Stadium.
