The Table is crushed, a look ahead to Week 24

One point separating 4 clubs, what does Week 24 hold?

What a set of midweek fixtures, Manchester United could only draw 0-0 with Hull City, Arsenal lost, Liverpool and Chelsea drew, It was left to Manchester City to win and move a point behind us in fourth place.

If you look at the Premier League table now, 7 of the top 9 drew and the bottom four all picked up points. Managers always tell us there are no easy games in the Premier League and this set of midweek fixtures has certainly shown that.

The table has become very congested all of a sudden with one point covering second, third and fourth spots.

Premier League Table
1. Chelsea P23 GF48 GA16 PTS56
2. SPURS P23 GF45 GA16 PTS47
3. Arsenal P23 GF51 GA25 PTS47
4. Liverpool P23 GF52 GA28 PTS46
5. Man City P23 GF47 GA28 PTS46
6. Man Utd P23 GF33 GA 21 PTS42

Premier League Week 24 Fixtures

Saturday
Chelsea v Arsenal 12:30
Southampton v West Ham United
WBA v Stoke City
Crystal Palace v Sunderland
Watford v Burnley
Everton v Bournemouth
Hull City v Liverpool
SPURS v Middlesbrough 17:30

Sunday
Manchester City v Swansea City 13:30
Leicester City v Manchester United 16:00

Is this our chance to open a three-point gap on Arsenal who could slip to fifth. Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United all have winnable games. We are the best side at home in the league so we must be expecting to continue that fine form ahead of the Liverpool game that follows.

Once more the top four could well be changing.
