Talented French teenage striker Calvin Tshilumba from Stade Lavallois in the French second tier has a number of clubs trying to secure his services. He has only recently made his professional debut, but that hasn't stopped Mauricio Pochettino taking an interest in his progress.
This isn't the first player from the French second division we have been interested in and L'Equipe report that we have offered the 17-year-old (18 in December) a contract. Pochettino would like him to join the development squad and learn the Tottenham way of playing.
Tshilumba is a French Under-17 international who amassed 14 Under-16 caps scoring 6 goals and we have scouted him at the many youth tournaments that take place.
