Luiz Adriano looks as if he is leaving AC MIlan and there is strong talk that Carlos Bacca will leave them as well, despite the club having its best season in years. Under new owners the club currently sit third in Serie A on 33 points, 2 behind Roma and 9 behind perennial champions Juventus.

They have continued to watch former Juventus striker and a player previously heavily linked with us at Spurs, 25-year-old (26 next June) Simone Zaza. He went to West Han United on loan in the end and has been a complete flop. Juventus are talking with Valencia. Napoli have given up on him (signing Leonardo Pavoletti from Genoa) and AC Milan may now initiate talks.

Stevan Jovetic is another striker we were previously linked with and he is another option for Spanish side Valencia. The 27-year-old (28 next November) Montenegrian internation has been at Inter Milan foe one and a half seaons, but could be on his way out under new owners and a new boss Stefano Pioli, who replaced Frank de Boer who was sacked after just 85 days. The former Manchester City striker is also being watched by Fiorentina.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is taking a great interest in 27-year-old (28 next March) Danish international centre-back Simon Kjaer from Fenerbahçe according to the latest reports. Inter Milan have been strong contenders and have a pre-agreement to sign him, Cheksea are reported as 'meddling' in these negotiations. AC Milan and Everton are also tracking developments.
