Well all our press suggesting Arsenal were favourites to sign 20-year-old (21 next October) Dutch international attacking midfielder Riechedly Bazoer, many of you were no doubt mislead. As per my last news on him, he is signing for Bundesliga outfit Wolsfburg when the window opens in January the German club have announced. He is a player we were linked with so we can cross him off our list.
Tottenham target Isco was disappointed not to be selected for Real Madrid and commented after the game. Thus far there has been no contract extension signed and with Pochettino having phoned him during the summer I'm sure he'll be in contact again to get the latest position.
"Its a great win. We're off to the finals. I was hoping to play today but I guess it wasn't meant to be. I'm happy for the team. James assist? It was great. Everyone was great. Watching from the bench was upsetting though."
