According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, Tottenham have just submitted to Italian side Atlanta a £19.35 million  (€23m - AUS$33.01m - US$23.89m) offer for 20-year-old (he turned 20 yesterday) Ivorian international midfielder Franck Kessié.

He is currently on a deal with Italian club until June 2021 and is being tracked by Arsenal, Manchester City, Everton, Liverpool, Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, Inter Milan and Napoli as well. According to Tutto Mercato Web, Arsenal had a scout at the San Siro on Saturday for Milan vs Atalanta specifically to watch Franck Kessié.

According to Sky Sports Italian reporter Gianluca Di Marzio his agent has recently been in London and he believes there are work permit issues with Kessié not having played enough international games, although his attendance barring injury at the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations will see him reach the required mark.
