Chelsea are said to be preparing to move for 27-year-old (28 later this month) Arsenal and Chile forward Alexis Sanchez. He has been offered £400,000 it has been reported, to go and play in China. The Chilean is in a contract stand-off with the Gunners. Antonio Conte sees Alexis Sanchez and Diego Costa as a formidable strike pairing.

Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal have all contacted the father of Real Madrid midfielder Isco over a move for the 24-year-old. Tottenham are long admirers and tried to sign him last summer but since then he has started to impress Zinedine Zidane and is getting more playing time. His contract situation hasn't changed though so he could still be available in January.

Another national newspaper is reporting the possible departure of Southampton centre-back Virgil van Dijk. This time it is not Liverpool or Everton, But Chelsea and Manchester United The 25-year-old (26 next July) Dutch international has 12 full caps to his name and seems to be very popular at the moment.

Ajax coach Peter Bosz has alerted Europe that 20-year-old (21 next October) midfielder Riechedly Bazoer is set to leave in January.

"After talks with Riechedly I assume there is a big chance that he is not with this team anymore after the winter break. Against Standard [Liege] I want to play young players so they can get used to this international level."

Barcelona, Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea have all been linked. Whether they are names just to generate interest or whether he is actually moving to one of the four is another matter and isn't revealed.
