Dembele a transfer target

They are the latest club to be linked with Celtic's 20-year-old (21 next July) striker Moussa Dembele. Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal are just three of the clubs tracking him. Such has been his success at Celtic that half the clubs in Europe have sat up and taken notice. We had a scout watching him at the Etihad where Celtic drew 1-1.
It is a pity we couldn't finalise the purchase of the Frenchman, a deal was agreed but he changed his mind and left Fulham on a free at the end of the season to go to Scotland. His stock has risen since then and so has his transfer fee.
Pep Guardiola has refused to rule out a £30 million (€35.48m - AUS$50.99m - US$38.03m) move for him as well, calling him exceptional, while Liverpool are said to be lining up a £20 million (€23.65m - AUS$33.99m - US$25.36m) swoop. How figures vary.
Just shows nobody knows what Celtic would accept for him, although they are highly unlikely to sell a player just a few months after they have signed him. I think we can totally rule out a January move.
