The three attacking positions need an end product

The importance of a four-man attacking prong, supported by the two full-backs and a central midfielder is that the attacking three all contribute goals. We are thirteen games into the season and Christian Eriksen has just scored his first Premier League goal of the season, it simply isn't good enough. One has to question whether his mind is 100% at Tottenham or is it partially on his future, which may be away from the club next summer some insiders believe.

Tottenham Goalscorers
Harry Kane 6 goals (5PL, 1CL)
Son Heung-min 5 goals (some as a centre-forward) (4PL, 1CL)
Dele Alli 3 goals (3PL)
Christian Eriksen 3 goals (1PL, 2LC)
Vincent Janssen 3 goals (1PL, 2LC)
Erik Lamela 2 goals (1PL, 1LC)
Toby Alderweireld 1 goal (1CL)
Danny Rose 1 goal (1PL)
Victor Wanyama 1 goal (1PL)
Harry Winks 1 goal (1PL)
Josh Onomah 1 goal (1LC)

The three behind Harry Kane have scored a total of 7 Premier League goals, Dele Alli 3, Son Heung-min 2 (scored 2 as a centre-forward), Christian Eriksen 1 and Erik Lamela 1. The backup players like Moussa Sissoko haven't contributed at all which is a problem if Eriksen is not contributing.

It shows how reliant we are on our first choice three behind Kane and that a settled side last season helped us to sustain a title challenge. Thus far it has been a difficult time for us with injuries. Perhaps we can have a period where we can play our fit=rst team regularly and see results pick up.
