Pochettino - Show me more

Mauricio Pochettino pointed out the building work was still going on at Tottenham with his comments after the Bayer Leverkusen defeat. Certain players have to step up to the plate, one possibly being Moussa Sissoko, currently suspended.

“We know we were poor and can’t play that way at Arsenal. We are a very young team and we need to learn and improve. We are setting the principles, the values and looking to find a better way to play.
“So now we need to assess which players can be here for the next few seasons and which players need to show more to be here.”

I wrote at the beginning of the transfer window that we should buy him, but not for anywhere near £30-million, he simply was never worth that much. We have moved him to a wide position instead of central, which is a surprise. To me, he is a bull in a china shop lacking technical skills.

Tom Carroll surely has no Spurs future, Vincent Janssen, Kevin Wimmer, Ben Davies all have to up their game.
