Italians eyeing Moussa Sissoko

TRANSFER TALK

Mauricio Pochettino says that Moussa Sissoko isn't good enough to get in the Spurs squad yet and he will have to improve if he wants to force his way in.

Moussa Sissoko for Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League: 10 matches, 4 starts, 327 minutes, 0 goals, 0 assists.
I think all us fans know he was only a £15m player and that we paid way over the odds for a bull in a china shop, who we are playing out of position. He has always been a central midfielder so why are we using him as a wide attacker where he looks rather lost?

He seems to lack the technical skill for our passing game and is clumsy in possession. His displays for France show he has ability, but we are yet to see it quite frankly. His situation is a bit like that of Erik Lamela and Roberto Soldado when they first joined.

Both their transfer values plummeted and they were thus unsaleable, we simply couldn;t take a huge loss on them with the addition of having to spend more to replace them.

The two Italian clubs said to be monitoring his situation, Juventus and Inter Milan are not going to pay £30m or anywhere near it if they wanted to secure his services in January, which is highly doubtful anyway.
