Chelsea tapping up Spurs players

The Times report that Chelsea have illegally tried to sign two Tottenham Hotspur youth players  and the club is considering whether to report Chelsea or not.

Chelsea attempts to aggressively attempt to lure away Spurs youth players came into focus when 16-year-old Nya Kirby made clear his intention to leave Tottenham for Chelsea, who had started training with Spurs first team squad.

Spurs are now threatening to file a complaint against the Blues for going behind their back and approaching the player directly, strictly illegal under FA and FIFA rules.
Chelsea gave him a trial but didn't sign him. He then had another two trials and signed for Crystal Palace who will now have to pay a compensation fee, but it is the initial Chelsea approach that Spurs believe unsettled the youngster.

Seems to be a regular occurrence with Chelsea given their brushes on more than one occasion with the authorities over tapping up.
