How do you replace players who aren't playing anyway?

Utterly daft headline, a bit like the gutter press headline from Football Insider - Crushing fitness blow for Tottenham ahead of North London Derby.

What crushing blow, Alderweireld was always unlikely to be fit and Dier isn't doing a bad job as his replacement, we aren't shipping goals are we. Then there is Harry Kane who has targeted the Arsenal game as a possible return, but it was always going to be touch and go.

He won't be fully fit anyway so there are hardly 'crushing' blows as we are the only unbeaten side in the Premier League and Harry Kane has only played half of those.
