STOKE CITY vs SPURS

Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed that Hugo Lloris is ready and available to play against Stoke City when we take them on at 3pm UK time on Saturday. It makes a change having Sunday's free.

"He's in a good condition to travel."
Moussa Dembele will be serving the final game of his ban from last season while Danny Rose has a hamstring strain he picked up on England duty and is ruled out for this weekend and our opening UEFA Champions League fixture next week. Welshman Ben Davies will get his first games of the season for us.
"Hopefully it's not too bad."
As Rose was injured on international duty Tottenham would be entitled to a degree of compensation in line with the agreement reached between FIFA, UEFA and the European Clubs Association (ECA).

Stoke City boss Mark Hughes has confirmed that Xherdan Shaqiri will miss the game.

LWWLWWLW: Spurs have won five times in the last eight years away to Stoke City, which is the most of any Premier League club.
