Bright Osayi-Samuel was watched by both Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal on Tuesday night, the same night both clubs were watching 18-year-old (19 in October) Charlton striker Ademola Lookman.
Osayi-Samuel is a Nigerian born Englishmen brought up in Spain until he was 10 who has already decided to represent Nigeria at full international level should he ever be called up. The 18-year-old (19 in December) is a midfielder who made his Blackpool debut in March and has a one-year extension option on his contract this season. Clubs at lower levels usually have one-year contract deals, which is why you get a great deal of player movement.
He has played 9 games as a left-sided midfielder, 5 games as a right-sided midfielder, 4 games as a right winger, 1 game in central midfield and 1 game as a left winger. His other 14 appearances have been as a substitute.
