Spurs humiliation cost Mancini his job

Breaking News from Italy is that Inter Milan head coach Roberto Mancini is to leave the club after his side were thrashed 6-1 by Tottenham in a pre-season friendly. There has been trouble brewing as Mancini does not see eye to eye with the club's owner Erick Thohir, who has reportedly decided to appoint Frank de Boer.

The Dutchman has traveled to Milan and is ready to become the new Inter Milan manager following the  finalisation of terms for Roberto Mancini to leave the club.
