Have suitcase will travel - Janssen

TRANSFER TALK

Vincent Janssen isn't concerned by the by the prolific figure of Harry Kane in front of him at Tottenham and feels he will learn a lot from him.

"Harry Kane? People can say what they want. I'm not afraid of anyone. This is a good striker, but we'll see how it will work. We can be complementary. I think I can learn a lot with him."

Coming from the  Dutch league Janssen will have to improve against the stronger defences in the Premier League and he'll look to Harry Kane to help him adjust. He has been frustrated that he hasn't been able to start training but he hasn't missed much, indeed the European Championship players haven't returned to training yet. Hugo Lloris is still there.

He has had a week of training in Holland and played 45 minutes of a friendly, scoring to goals after sitting out of the other. It is good news for his former club, second division Almere City, as they have a 5% clause giving them a very healthy and very welcome surprise pay day that will amount to just under £1-million.

I have seen a report suggesting he will be unveiled on Monday, I don't know how accurate that is. He was on his way to the airport this morning, pulling along his suitcase.
