Sky Sports whopping error

The following is from Sky Sports Transfers Centre Live section and I note it for all you crazy people who think that until it appears on Sky Sports it doesn't exist.

JUVE EYE ALEXIS
Juventus are pondering a summer swoop for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez, according to reports in Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Serie A champions are understood to be lining up a replacement for striker Alvaro Morata, who recently re-joined Real Madrid, with the Chile international their number-one choice.

What's wrong with that? Well, Alvaro Morata has NOT rejoined Real Madrid yet, in fact, Juventus, they are the club who he is currently with, have not even received an official request from Real Madrid to buy him yet. The CEO has been verbally told they are going to exercise the buy-back option, they have not actually done so yet so he has most certainly NOT recently re-joined Real Madrid.

What if they change their mind by 15 July or are Sky Sports suggesting they are not allowed to?

Does this mean any club who say they would like to purchase a player has now in fact purchased them?
