Moussa Dembele and WHU agree striker terms

TRANSFER TALK

Celtic have recently been linked with a move for 19-year-old (20 in July) Fulham striker Moussa Dembele who has recently spoken to Telefoot to say he doesn't pay much attention to the media.

“My entourage are keen for me to stay grounded so I pay attention without worrying too much about what is said about me. In the UK, football is a way of life and religion; it is mad, regardless of which division the club is.”

The 19-year-old has been linked with a move to Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton in the UK plus a host of clubs abroad. He is out of contract at the end of the month and then we will perhaps know where he is going to go.

According to Futbolarena West Ham United have done back to Slaven Bilic's old club and agreed terms for 24-year-old (25 next January) Besiktas striker Gokhan Tore. That sounds more sensible some some of the names they are being associated with, Batshuayi and Lacazetter are pure flights of fantasy.

The Hammers have offered £10.56-million (€13m - AUS$19.33m - US$14.45m) to sign him, after failing to get a loan deal for him, which the Turkish clubs chairman, Fikret Orman, confirmed in a press conference: "We received a loan offer with a buyout clause option which we rejected" he said.

Besiktas are still having to increase income because of their problems working within the Financial Fair Play rules.
