The Tottenham Hotspur pursuit of strikers goes on. There are three on our radar and we are closing in on a deal for at least one.

The Michy Batshuayi situation has changed and Mardeille have bought themselves more time to sell him, which means he can wait for Juventus, should that now become his preferred destination. We have submitted three bids for Vincent Janssen, the last a couple of days ago and next week we have a meeting set up with Roma.

Reports suggest that Tottenham and Antonio Sanabria have agreed terms, his agent has conformed they have spoken and that Tottenham have been in discussions with Roma and the Italian club now need to make a final decision as to what they want to do. That was the underlying message that came out of the agents quotes recently.

Sky reporter Gianlucca di Marzio suggests there is a meeting Wednesday to decide his future and he also suggests that Roma now want is more than anyone else has reported. The Spurs offer is said to match the offer the club are reported as having accepted from Rubin Kazan.
