VIDEO: Torres Gets Away Scot-free With Scratching Vertonghen

A reporter is suggesting Mousa Dembele could receive a 10 match ban. which is his way of saying he wants Dembele to receive a 10 match ban.

Dembele was wrong to raise his hand to Costa and will no doubt receive punishment, but I draw your attention to an incident in 2013 when a Chelsea player, Fernando Torres, clearly scratches Jan Vertonghen. It was caught on camera but he escaped with no penalty.

He escaped because the officials saw it and chose to do nothing about it. Why the clear bias?
