Spurs watch Charlton's Lookman again. Tottenham have been linked with him before and we continue to watch the progress of 18-year-old (19 in October) striker Ademola Lookman at Charlton Athletic.

He is a forward who becomes a little more interesting with the relegation of Charlton to League One, a long way from the days when they were top flight regulars under Alan Curbishley. Both Spurs and Arsenal sent scouts to see him play recently against Derby County while Liverpool watched him against Bolton Wanderers.

Crystal Palace are known to be interested also and reports in February suggested Charlton would be happy to sell this summer, despite a new contract.

Charlton negotiated a new four-year deal in February until 2020, but it is thought only to protect their financial interests and gain maximum value from a transfer. Arsenal it seems are the favourites to capture his signature according to latest reports.
