Breel Embolo joining RB Leipzig?

RB Leipxig were founded in 2009 and were playing in Bundesliga 2 last season where they gained promotion by finishing second. They like to and want to rely mainly on young, promising players the Red Bull owner Dietrich Mateschitz told German paper Bild.
Breel Embolo has a contract with Basel until 2019 and a transfer fee for at least £15.20 million (€20m - US$22.23m - AUS$30.94m) has been speculated which would be a record transfer for Leipzig. The UK press have throw £30 million (€39.46m - US$61.95m - AUS$43.97m) at the transfer story.
The story says the attacker wants a regular starting place and feels he'll get that at the newly promoted side. They say that other clubs interested in the Swiss international, such as Borussia Mönchengladbach or Liverpool he wouldn't be guaranteed regular football. At just 19 he has time to move to a club that he can use as a stepping stone in a stronger league than he is in at the moment. He can then look to make the step up to a major club as a first choice starter.
If his fee is just around £15 million then no wonder we are reported as talking to him, he remains an unlikely signing though.
