Ben Yedder Thought To Want A Move To Spurs

There are many names in the frame as cover for Harry Kane and one player it is said is keen to join Tottenham is Wissam Ben Yedder.

It is thought Spurs had agreed a £6 million deal in January, but Toulouse pulled the plug at the last minute, much to the chagrin of the 25-year-old (26 in November) French striker. Reports from France say he has been showing his displeasure. Mind you that hasn't stopped him scoring 22 goals in 40 games.

Toulouse wants to keep him although it is thought they have now given up hope of convincing him to sign a new contract. His current one ends in 2017 and to get any sort of fee Toulouse have accepted  they will have to sell him this summer.

Sevilla are interested in taking him, as are Napoli, Roma, Lyon, Marseille, and West Ham while he remains on Spurs possible list.
