Two area to improve our game

A resounding victory, belief in the way we play and none of this Plan B hoof it up to a big guy nonsense when we are losing.
More points from losing positions than any other side in the premier League shows belief in the way we play is paying off. Plan B is to do Plan A better. Our resources dictate the way we play, why alter what we are doing why it is so clearly successful?
There are aspects we can look at from the game and work on improving. Once again we had the situation where we break en masse (77 minutes) and didn't take advantage, this time, thanks to a poor Christian Eriksen ball. We have done the same thing five times now recently and is clearly an area we could do with working on.
The problem is clearness of thought, it is almost as if with time and options the players can't decide which option is best. They take too long to make a decision and then play the wrong ball or play it badly. The players on the ball don't appear confident enough at these times to make a positive decision early enough and play the ball.
It will come in time, they are confident in most aspects. A second area we could perhaps improve are our corners, yes I know we have more goals from set-pieces than anyone else in the Premier League but we could improve. We lost against Leicester thanks to a set-piece, they had a free header and scored.
We seem to win many headers, but Toby Alderweireld, who wins more than most, doesn't have a great success ratio of getting them on target. He won one after 16 minutes, was unchallenged but it went harmlessly wide.
With the number of headers we win, we could be doing better. It's one of the little things I spoke about a couple of years back in a mentality series. The Kaizen approach, constantly introducing small incremental changes in a business in order to improve quality and/or efficiency.
