The next three point challenge

Tottenham take on Crystal Palace on today, a Saturday kick-off at 3 o'clock, we don't get many of those a season. We are away at Selhurst Park where Alan Pardew's side have lost their last three games. Prior to that, they drew a couple all without scoring a goal.

In those 5 games, they have conceded 8. In their 11 home games, they have won 4, drawn 2 and lost 5 while scoring 12 goals and conceding 12. Goals are hard to come by in their games as they don't concede too many either. We have come to a cropper there before so will need to approach the game in the right manner.

The old cliche is so true, one game at a time. Every league game carries the same three points regardless of the opposition or where the game is played. These three points are just as important as three points against Manchester City. Being focused on that and ticking it off when done is the next task. Mauricio Pochettino certainly believes in being focused.

"It's a very good challenge for us to try to win at Crystal Palace, it would be a very good position for us if we win the game.
"The players and the squad are very focused, to be ready, to prepare and to compete. We're expecting a very tough game because it's not an easy place.
"We must arrive in a very focused condition, to ensure we can fight for the three points."
