Spurs scouting Brentford players?

With the talked about 19-year-old Demarai Gray reportedly having a medical at Leicester City ahead of finalising a £3.70-milion move Tottenham still has a scout at the Birmingham City vs Brentford Championship game on Saturday.

Who then were we watching as Birmingham City beat Brentford 2-1?

There are really only two players for Birmingham City who may be of interest, one of which may be of particular interest Jon Toral on loan from Arsenal.

Birmingham City
Paul Caddis age 27
Clayton Donaldson age 31
Stephen Gleeson age 27
Jonathan Grounds age 27
Maikel Kieftenbeld age 25 Defensive Midfield
Tomasz Kuszczak age 33
Jacques Maghoma age 28
Michael Morrison age 27
Paul Robinson age 37
Viv Solomon-Otabor age 20 (21 this month) Winger
Jon Toral age 20 (21 in February) Spanish central midfielder on loan from Arsenal

The Brentford side may have been of more interest to us given Alex Pritchard was playing their last season, Mark Warburton was manager and he now has a couple of our players on loan at Rangers. He would certainly know all about their players. They have four playing under the age of 22 including players on loan from Chelsea and Liverpool.

Brentford
David Button age 26
Jake Bidwell age 22 left-back
Sergi Canos age 18 winger on loan from Liverpool
Maxime Colin age 24 French right-back

James Tarkowski age 23 (24 in November) centre-back
