Babacar, Candreva, Lavezzi

Tottenham are watching 22-year-old (23 in March) Fiorentina striker Khouma El Hadji Babacar as are Genoa, Udinese, Eintracht Frankfurt, Leicester City and Crystal Palace. The Senegalese striker has a contract with the Italians until 2019 and they are not willing to sell him in January.

We have also been watching 28-year-old (29 in February) attacking midfielder Antonio Candreva. It is thought the Italian international will leave Lazio this window with AC Milan favourites for his signature. Milan are struggling to sign Axsel Witsel from Zenit St Petersburg and have turned their attention to Candreva.

Another player we have been linked with is travelling to Italy to meet with Inter Milan officials ahead of a proposed move, 30-year-old (31 in May) Ezequiel Lavezzi. The Argentinian striker is meeting them on 11 January although PSG apparently don't want to sell him in January and have slapped a £4.39-million (US$6.45m - AUS$9m - 6m). Juventus, AC Milan and ourselves have him on th radar for a free transfer in the summer.
