Osimhen has not signed a deal with Spurs

Tottenham have started talks with Ultimate Striker Academy for Victor Osimhen which Spanish newspaper AS have reported in a style that suggests it is virtually a done deal.

Websites have thus started reporting that we have signed him. Personally I have found no information that supports that and I have had no word from any contacts that that is the case yet. My conclusion is that the claims are premature and we are still in the discussion stage. I believe

His agent, Shira Yussuf, has revealed to allnigeriasoccer that Osimhen has not yet signed any deal with Tottenham Hotspur despite the reports.

“We have not agreed anything with Tottenham Hotspur, it’s just speculation. Victor Osimhen needs to rest, they shouldn’t unsettle the player with these transfer stories. How will a player be in Lagos and they are speculating he has signed a contract with Tottenham Hotspur?

"For now we don’t know where he’ll play. We have a lot of top clubs in Europe that are after Osimhen but in due course the public will know where he is heading to. We can’t decide without the player.”

Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea are all following him and Liverpool are said to have opened negotiations as well.
