It is designed to have the opposition rolling about with laughter? Is it designed to get their fans abused in the street? How many are they going to sell? Perhaps they don't sell any anyway so why not. It's certainly a gimmick that will get them exposure and may draw in another sponsor as a result.

You would have thought TV would take an interest and that they will want to see how it is received at a game so they may get themselves some exposure they wouldn't normally get. I'd love to know what the players said when they saw it.
Can you imagine Gareth Bale Cristiano Ronaldo going out to play wearing that shirt, I think they might have refused.
