It's settled! The majority of us dedicated Spurs fans want Big Martin Jol to stay as our manager and spearhead our season.
It's now down to us to do something about it. We implore as many of you as possible to create banners such as "We Love Martin Jol", "We Want Martin to Stay", "God Save Martin Jol", etc, showing the affection we have for our manager.
Let's show the board that we are behind the manager that has and is bringing the "Glory Glory" days back to the Lane by signing his praises as loud as we can, whatever the score at the time against United.
We need to voice our concerns to the board, making it clear to them that we are completely behind Martin Jol and HIS team.
Even if we are defeated by Manchester United on Sunday, let's not feel downhearted, but instead, let's united and get behind our team and Martin Jol!

It's up to us to save our Martin!
Spurs 4-0 Derby
By Sam Jenkins
Martin Jol and the Spurs side proved a point to the media in the Derby's demolition on Saturday.
With Sevilla Manager, Juande Ramos being strongly linked to succeed Jol in the next few days (something we hope doesn't happen), Spurs pulled off an amazing first half display that in effect, won the game.
Talk surrounding the game was that the first team squad was involved in a lengthy meeting with the Spurs management. Questions were asked of the players commitment, and they answered their critics in style.
For me, Jenas got my shout as 'man of the match'. When I heard that Zokora, not Jenas, had been dropped from the side in place of Huddlestone, I was deeply annoyed. Many fans, including me have heavily criticised Jermaine Jenas for his lacklustre performances since joining the club. He certainly shut me up on Saturday, linking play, putting tackles in and scoring a great individual goal.
Malbranque hit a brace to silence his critics. He took his two goals brilliantly.
Huddlestone's inclusion was a masterstroke. He protected the back four and his passing was sublime.
Bent, also scored his first goal for the club, scoring an easy header on the line. The crowd at the Lane was great too. Everyone was behind Martin Jol and the team, as should be the case.
What on earth were some of the Tottenham Hotspur board members doing meeting Sevilla's manager Juande Ramos and his agent? We are sure that Levy is 100% behind Jol. If that's the case, why is our vice-chairman meeting with another manager and stupid enough to have been caught in the act?
The Daily Telegraph have commented on the meet between Ramos, his agent and some members of the board. Is this mutiny? Did Levy sanction the meet? If not, then I feel someone may be handing in their resignation come Monday morning.
